Таваҷҷуҳи ман ба фарҳанги ин кишвар аз он аст, ки пойтахти он -шаҳри Душанбе яке аз истгоҳҳои Роҳи абрешим аст ва ман орзу дорам, ки пас аз боздид аз ҳамсоягонаш аз он дидан кунам.
Ташаббуси асосгузори Ҳизби Халқии Демократии Тоҷикистон муҳтарам Эмомалӣ Раҳмон, пеш аз ҳама, оғози сиёсати “дарҳои боз” буда, ҳамзамон, барои ҳифзи ҳуқуқи на фақат тоҷикон, балки тамоми ақаллиятҳои муқими Тоҷикистон, сарфи назар аз дин, ранги пӯст ва миллат мебошад. Илова бар ин, тамоми динҳо бо қонунгузории ҷумҳурӣ танзим карда мешаванд.
Хурсандибахш аст, ки сиёсати фарҳангии Ҷумҳурии Тоҷикистон, ки аз барномаҳои Ҳизби Халкии Демократии Точикистон маншаъ мегирад, бомаром рушду тавсеа пайдо мекунад. Аз ин маблағ баробар ба 417 ҳазору 168,34 доллар барои баргузории Озмуни ҷумҳуриявии “Фурӯғи субҳи доноӣ китоб аст” ҷудо шудааст.
