Ашраф Абул-Язид беш аз 33 сол ҳамчун рӯзноманигори фарҳангӣ дар нашрияҳо ва оҷонсиҳои арабӣ, аз ҷумла маҷаллаи “Ал-Арабӣ”, (Кувайт, 2002-2016), “Reuters”, (Қоҳира, 2002), маҷаллаи адабии “Адаб ва Нақд”, (Қоҳира, 2001) кор кардааст.
Ашраф Далӣ муаллиф ва тарҷумони 42 китоб мебошад. Ӯ аз ҷониби ташкилотҳои гуногуни фарҳангӣ ҳамчун узви ҳакамон интихоб шудааст, аз ҷумла Фестивали байналмилалии суруднависони Коста-Рика (2017), Фестивали байналмилалии филмҳои мусулмонии Қазон (2021) ва Ҷоизаи Ассотсиатсияи нависандагони Панафриқоӣ барои шеъри “Африқо” (2022). Аз моҳи апрели соли 2016 президенти Ассотсиатсияи журналистони Осиё, сармуҳаррири силсилаи адабии “Роҳи абрешим” аст. Узви Иттифоқи нависандагони Миср ва ноиби президенти Конгресси журналистони Африқо (CAJ) мебошад.
Мавсуф дар маҷаллаи адабии “Роҳи абрешим” ба ҳайси сармуҳаррир, президенти Ассотсиатсияи журналистони Осиё, Телевизиони Қувайт ва Телевизиони “Ал-Арабия”, баранда, муҳаррир ва директори барномаи телевизионӣ барои ду мавсими солҳои 2010 ва 2012, маҷаллаи “Ал-Арабӣ”, муҳаррири маҷаллаи фарҳангӣ, (Қоҳира), 2001-2002, маҷаллаи “Адаб ва Нақд” (адабиёт ва интиқод) ва ғайра кору фаъолият кардааст.

-Дар ин рӯзҳо 30-юмин солгарди таъсисёбиии Ҳизби Халқии Демократии Тоҷикистон, ки бо роҳбарии Раиси муаззами муҳтарам Эмомалӣ Раҳмон, ки ба ҷанги таҳмилии шаҳрвандӣ дар кишвар хотима гузошта, ба мардум сулҳу субот овард, ҳамчун хотираи азизи мардуми тоҷик ҷашн гирифта мешавад.
Таваҷҷуҳи ман ба фарҳанги ин кишвар аз он аст, ки пойтахти он -шаҳри Душанбе яке аз истгоҳҳои Роҳи абрешим аст ва ман орзу дорам, ки пас аз боздид аз ҳамсоягонаш аз он дидан кунам.
Ташаббуси асосгузори Ҳизби Халқии Демократии Тоҷикистон муҳтарам Эмомалӣ Раҳмон, пеш аз ҳама, оғози сиёсати “дарҳои боз” буда, ҳамзамон, барои ҳифзи ҳуқуқи на фақат тоҷикон, балки тамоми ақаллиятҳои муқими Тоҷикистон, сарфи назар аз дин, ранги пӯст ва миллат мебошад. Илова бар ин, тамоми динҳо бо қонунгузории ҷумҳурӣ танзим карда мешаванд.
Хурсандибахш аст, ки сиёсати фарҳангии Ҷумҳурии Тоҷикистон, ки аз барномаҳои Ҳизби Халкии Демократии Точикистон маншаъ мегирад, бомаром рушду тавсеа пайдо мекунад. Яке аз иқдомҳои Президенти Ҷумҳурии Тоҷикистон муҳтарам Эмомалӣ Раҳмон роҳандозӣ намудани 3 озмуни ҷумҳуриявии адабӣ, фарҳангӣ ва илмӣ мебошад, ки дар даври аввал беш аз 600 ҳазор кӯдаку наврасон иштирок мекунанд.
Соли 2024 барои баргузории ин озмунҳо аз Хазинаи Президенти Ҷумҳурии Тоҷикистон барои соли 2024-ум 12 500 000 сомонӣ ҷудо шуд, ки муодили 1 141 051,25 доллари ИМА мебошад. Аз ин маблағ баробар ба 417 ҳазору 168,34 доллар барои баргузории Озмуни ҷумҳуриявии “Фурӯғи субҳи доноӣ китоб аст” ҷудо шудааст.
Дар тӯли 30 соли мавҷудияти Ҳизби Халқии Демократии Тоҷикистон дар кишвар беш аз 3 ҳазор мактабу боғча сохта, беш аз 3 ҳазор корхонаҳои саноатӣ бунёд ёфтанд, ки аз ин ҳисоб 54 ҳазор нафар бо ҷойи кор таъмин гаштаанд.
