Соҳибистиқлолӣ барои халқи мо воситае гардид, ки мо аз фарҳангу тамаддун, забону ҳунари ниёгонамон баҳравар гардида, барои бемайлон рушду равнақ додан ва ба оламиён шиносонидани аслу насаби худ ва намоиши мероси гузаштагонамон қадамҳои устувор гузорем.
