Имрӯз дар “Кохи Сомон” таҳти сарпарастӣ ва бо иштироки Асосгузори сулҳу ваҳдати миллӣ - Пешвои миллат, Президенти Ҷумҳурии Тоҷикистон муҳтарам Эмомалӣ Раҳмон Иҷлосияи дуюми Форуми иқтисодӣ ва ҳамкории арабӣ бо кишварҳои Осиёи Марказӣ ва Озарбойҷон баргузор гардид.

Дар даромадгоҳи толори бошукуҳи Кохи Сомон нахуст маросими аксбардории хотиравии роҳбарони ҳайатҳо бо Президенти Ҷумҳурии Тоҷикистон муҳтарам Эмомалӣ Раҳмон баргузор шуд.

Дар оғози кори Форум Сарвари давлат муҳтарам Эмомалӣ Раҳмон ҳамаи меҳмонони иҷлосияро ба сарзамини бостонии тоҷикон хайрамақдам гуфта, ба иштирокдорони чорабинии имрӯза барори кор орзу карданд.

Президенти мамлакат муҳтарам Эмомалӣ Раҳмон ҳадаф аз таъсис ёфтани Форумро воситаи муҳимми ҳамкорӣ ва иқдоми дорои аҳаммияти хосса арзёбӣ намуданд ва изҳори умедворӣ карданд, ки кори Форум ба эҳёи пайвандҳо, густариши муносибатҳо ва ҳамкориҳо дар арсаҳои гуногун мусоидат карда, барои пешрафти минтақаву кишварҳо заминаи мусоид фароҳам хоҳад овард.

Зимни суханронӣ Президенти мамлакат муҳтарам Эмомалӣ Раҳмон таъкид доштанд, ки “Мо кишварҳои арабиро аз ҷумлаи шарикони муҳимми худ дар арсаи байналмилалӣ медонем ва ба рушду таҳкими муносибатҳои нек бо онҳо таваҷҷуҳи доимӣ зоҳир менамоем”.

Даъват ба амал оварда шуд, ки бо дарназардошти имконоту иқтидорҳои бузурги Тоҷикистон аксари давлатҳои пешрафтаи арабӣ дар самти тиҷорату сармоягузориҳо дар соҳаҳои мухталиф метавонанд бо кишвари мо дар асоси манфиатҳои мутақобилан судманд ҳамкорӣ намоянд.

Таъкид гардид, ки яке аз омилҳои муассири рушди ҳамкориҳои иқтисодиву тиҷоратӣ фароҳам сохтани фазои шаффофу мусоид барои сармоягузорӣ ва соҳибкорӣ мебошад. Тоҷикистон ҷиҳати фароҳам овардани чунин фазо пайваста тадбирҳои зарурӣ меандешад.

Бо ин мақсад, аксари санадҳои меъёрии ҳуқуқии Тоҷикистон дар самти тиҷорату иқтисод ба меъёрҳои байналмилалӣ мутобиқ гардонида шудаанд ва кор дар ин самт идома дорад.

Дар охир Президенти мамлакат муҳтарам Эмомалӣ Раҳмон бори дигар ба ҳамаи иштирокчиёни кори Иҷлосияи дуюми Форуми иқтисодӣ ва ҳамкории арабӣ бо кишварҳои Осиёи Марказӣ ва Озарбойҷон муваффақият орзу карда, бо итминон изҳор доштанд, ки вохӯрии имрӯза оғозбахши фикру андешаҳои ҷадид ва татбиқи лоиҳаҳои нав дар ҷодаи минбаъд ҳам густариш додани ҳамкориҳо ба нафъи мардумони кишварҳоямон хоҳад гардид.

Пас аз суханронии Президенти мамлакат муҳтарам Эмомалӣ Раҳмон аз номи роҳбарони ҳайатҳои бонуфузи иштирокдори кори Иҷлосияи дуюми Форуми иқтисодӣ ва ҳамкории арабӣ бо кишварҳои Осиёи Марказӣ ва Озарбойҷон Дабири кулли Иттиҳодияи Давлатҳои арабӣ Аҳмад Абдулғайт ва Вазири корҳои хориҷии Ҷумҳурии Ҷибутӣ - Раиси Шӯрои вазирони корҳои хориҷии Иттиҳодияи Давлатҳои Арабӣ Маҳмуд Алӣ Юсуф суханронӣ карданд.

Баромадкунандагон пеш аз ҳама ба Президенти мамлакат муҳтарам Эмомалӣ Раҳмон ва Ҳукумати Ҷумҳурии Тоҷикистон барои сиёсати дарҳои боз, фазои мусоиди ҳамкорӣ дар бахшҳои сармоягузорӣ ва рушди муносибатҳои мутақобилан судманди дорои аҳамияти минтақавӣ ва ҷаҳонӣ изҳори сипосу қардрдонӣ карданд. Аз рафти татбиқи Ёддошти тафоҳуми ҳамкорӣ байни Иттиҳодияи Давлатҳои Арабӣ ва кишварҳои Осиёи Марказиву Озарбойҷон ва санади алоҳидаи ҳамкорӣ миёни Ҷумҳурии Тоҷикистон ва Иттиҳодияи Давлатҳои Арабӣ, ки се сол қабл дар иҷлосияи нахустин дар шаҳри Риёзи Арабистони Саудӣ ба имзо расида буд, изҳори қаноатмандӣ карда шуд.

Баъди анҷоми кори Иҷлосияи дуюми Форуми иқтисодӣ ва ҳамкории арабӣ бо кишварҳои Осиёи Марказӣ ва Озарбойҷон Эъломияи Душанбе қабул карда шуд.
