Дар қасри Хофбург, қароргоҳи Созмони амният ва ҳамкорӣ дар Аврупо (САҲА) дар шаҳри Вена 10 апрел иҷлосияи хотимавии раёсати Швейтсария дар Форуми ҳамкории амниятии САҲА (ФҲА) баргузор гардид, ки зимни он маросими таҳвили раёсати Форуми мазкур аз Швейтсария ба Ҷумҳурии Тоҷикистон доир шуд. Намояндаи доимии Швейтсария дар САҲА Клод Вилд дар фазои тантанавӣ рамзҳои раиси ФҲА-ро ба Намояндаи доимии Тоҷикистон дар САҲА Идибек Қаландар супорид. Дар ин бора АМИТ «Ховар» бо истинод ба Вазорати корҳои хориҷии Ҷумҳурии Тоҷикистон хабар медиҳад.

Намояндаи доимии Тоҷикистон дар суханронии худ бо ишора ба сатҳи баланди мудирияти иҷлосияҳо ва бархурди созанда ва шаффофи Швейтсария дар Форум таъкид кард, ки ҷониби мо низ ин равишро дар давраи раёсаташ ҳифз хоҳад кард.

Зимни муаррифии муҳтавои барномаи раёсати Тоҷикистон дар ФҲА барои чор моҳи оянда Намояндаи доимии кишвар изҳор дошт, ки раёсати Тоҷикистон ҷиҳати ҷалби бештари таваҷҷуҳи кишварҳои ширкаткунандаи САҲА ба масъалаҳои марбут ба амнияти минтақаи Осиёи Марказӣ, инчунин зарурати таҳкими ҳамкорӣ миёни САҲА ва созмонҳои минтақавӣ дар Осиёи Марказӣ талош хоҳад кард. Дар баробари ин, тайи ин давра баррасии мавзӯъҳои маъмулии FSC, аз ҷумла чораҳои таҳкими амният, мудирияти захираҳои силоҳи сабуки оташфишон (SALW) ва силоҳи муқаррарӣ (SCA), баррасии раванди татбиқи муқаррароти қатъномаҳои 1540 ва 1325-и Шӯрои амнияти СММ идома хоҳанд ёфт.

Тазаккур дода шуд, ки дар доираи барномаи раёсати кишвар як ҷаласаи муштараки FSC ва Шӯрои доимии САҲА оид ба муколамаи сохторӣ (structured dialogue) баргузор хоҳад гардид. Зимни он Тоҷикистон таваҷҷуҳи кишварҳои САҲА-ро ба зарурати андешидани тадбирҳои муштарак бар зидди падидаҳои терроризму экстремизми хушунатомез дар паҳнои САҲА ҷалб хоҳад кард.

Ҷумҳурии Тоҷикистон бо қарори Ҳукумати кишвар бори аввал аст, ки раёсати ФҲА-ро, ки яке аз ду ниҳоди тасмимгирандаи САҲА ба шумор рафта, шурӯъ аз соли 1992 ба таври доимӣ фаъолият менамояд, ба уҳда мегирад. Форум барои 57 кишвари ширкаткунандаи САҲА минбари мусоидеро ҷиҳати баррасии мушкилоту чолишҳои рӯзмарраи амниятӣ фароҳам овардааст.

Раёсати Тоҷикистон дар ФҲА моҳҳои май-августи соли равонро фаро хоҳад гирифт. Иҷлосияи ифтитоҳии Форум зери раёсати Тоҷикистон аввали моҳи майи соли 2019 дар қасри Хофбурги шаҳри Вена ба нақша гирифта шудааст.
