Дар ин рӯз маротибаи аввал дар таърихи давлатдории Чин мукофоти олии давлатӣ — Ордени «Дӯстӣ»-и Ҷумҳурии Мардумии Чин берун аз кишвар — барои саҳми арзанда ва мусоидати бисёрсола дар рушду густариши робитаҳои дӯстии неки ҳамсоягӣ ва шарикии ҳамаҷонибаи стратегӣ ба Асосгузори сулҳу ваҳдати миллӣ — Пешвои миллат, Президенти Ҷумҳурии Тоҷикистон муҳтарам Эмомалӣ Раҳмон тақдим шуд, ки мояи ифтихори ҳар як тоҷику тоҷикистонӣ гардид. Ин матлаб дар мақолаи Ректори Донишгоҳи славянии Русия ва Тоҷикистон Машраф Файзулло, ки ба унвони АМИТ «Ховар» ирсол гардидааст, баён шудааст. Номбурда дар идомаи матлаб чунин изҳори назар кардааст:
