Бахшида ба Соли байналмилалии ҳифзи пиряхҳо (2025) дар Донишгоҳи давлатии Хоруғ ба номи М. Назаршоев таҳти унвони «Идоракунии захираҳои обӣ ва истифодаи он дар алоқамандӣ бо тағйирёбии иқлим» конфронси ҷумҳуриявии илмӣ — амалӣ баргузор гардид. Дар ин хусус донишгоҳи мазкур хабар медиҳад.

Дар конфронс оид ба мушкилоти глобалии идоракунии захираҳои об дар ҷаҳони муосир ва масъалаҳои тағйирёбии иқлим вобаста ба обу пиряҳо андешаҳо иброз гардида, таъкид карда шуд, ки бо заҳматҳои барҷастаи Асосгузори сулҳу ваҳдати миллӣ-Пешвои миллат, Президенти Ҷумҳурии Тоҷикистон муҳтарам Эмомалӣ Раҳмон Тоҷикистон ҳамчун давлати ташаббускору пешсаф дар ҳалли масоили об дар миқёси ҷаҳон эътироф гардидааст.

Гуфта шуд, ки масъалаи дар конфронс баррасишуда мубрам буда, ҷиҳати гузаронидани таҳқиқоти васеъ заминаи мусоид мегузорад. Дар баробари чор ташаббуси байналмилалии Тоҷикистон ташаббуси навбатӣ ва саривақтии Пешвои миллат муҳтарам Эмомалӣ Раҳмон 14 декабри соли 2022 аз тарафи Маҷмаи Умумии Созмони Милали Муттаҳид пазируфта шуда, соли 2025 Соли байналмиллалии ҳифзи пиряхҳо ва 21 март Рӯзи байналмилалии пиряхҳо эълон гардид.

Ин рӯйдоди таърихӣ моро водор менамояд, ки дар самти пиряхшиносӣ ва ҳифзи он корҳои илмӣ-пажӯҳиширо равнақ диҳем ва тарафҳои идеологии ин ташаббусро ба ҷавонон ва аҳли ҷомеа омӯзонем.

Дар ҷараёни конфронс олимону омӯзгорони донишгоҳ доир ба ташаббусҳои Ҷумҳурии Тоҷикистон оид ба тағйирёбии иқлим, роҳҳои идоракунӣ ва истифодаи сарватҳои табиӣ, самаранок истифода намудани захираҳои об, хатарҳои таъсири тағйирёбии иқлим ба рушди иқтисодию иҷтимоӣ ва роҳҳои ҳалли он маъруза карданд.
